Welcome to our online store. Here you can get the full information about shipping & returns.

Shipping Policy

At London Royce Cricket, we want your order to arrive safely and as expected. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, applicable charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, where available.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is provided for your shipment, please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your package.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a reasonable period for the carrier's tracking information to update. If your package still has not arrived, contact us so we can help investigate.

Please contact us at info@londonroyce.com with your order number and any relevant tracking information.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@londonroyce.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue when appropriate so we can review it and determine the next steps.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
